Eligible $BOARD holders can claim their snapshot-based share of the distribution pool.
Admin free seed ads: Admin free tiles are visual only and are excluded from paid revenue, treasury, distribution pool, and claim calculations. Only paid advertising campaigns contribute to the fee pool.
Distribution eligibility: Distributions go to eligible $BOARD holders. Protocol wallets, treasury, liquidity pool wallets, burn/system wallets, and locked team/escrow allocations are excluded. The dev/admin wallet may participate only as a normal holder. Claims are based on your $BOARD balance at the epoch snapshot — buying after a snapshot does not grant past claims, and selling after a snapshot does not remove your claim for that epoch.
Only recognized and settled revenue enters claim calculations. Top-ups, admin free ads, and unrecognized prepaid campaign value are not counted as distribution revenue.
Treasury usage: Treasury funds may be used for marketing, boosts, prizes, operations, liquidity support, and ecosystem growth.
How Revenue Flows
Every USDC dollar paid by advertisers is publicly accounted for on-chain. The full flow from advertiser payment to holder claim is transparent and verifiable.

Advertiser
Tops up USDC balance and rents pixel tiles at $1/tile/day.

Daily Billing
Each UTC day, active tile rentals are charged against advertiser balances.

Revenue Pool
Advertising fees and verified on-chain trading fees accumulate in the daily revenue pool.

Treasury (10%)
10% of gross daily advertising revenue is routed to the treasury wallet to fund platform operations and development.

Claim Pool (90%)
90% of gross daily advertising revenue flows into the claim pool, distributed proportionally to $BOARD holders via daily snapshots.

$BOARD Holders
Eligible holders claim USDC rewards each epoch, proportional to their share of the eligible supply.
Settlement
USDC moves on-chain from the revenue wallet to treasury and distribution wallets each epoch via automated settlement.
Snapshots
Holder balances are snapshotted at epoch close. Snapshots are taken before distribution to prevent gaming.
Verification
All settlement transactions are recorded with their Solana tx signatures and visible in the Stats page.
